UCK Consulting was founded by a team of professionals with extensive experience as CFOs of publicly listed companies, senior executives in multinational corporations, and advisors in the capital markets. PROFESSIONAL TEAM
KC CHANG
KC Chang is an accomplished finance executive with extensive leadership experience across multinational listed corporations, high-growth technology startups, and international enterprises.
Prior to founding UCK Consulting, he served as Finance Manager for a multinational publicly listed corporation, Senior Finance Director of a unicorn startup backed by Alibaba Group, Finance Director of a new business venture invested by Tencent Music Entertainment, Chief Financial Officer of a leading Taiwanese startup, and Board Director & Chief Financial Officer of a renowned global elevator manufacturer in Taiwan.
His expertise spans the entire business lifecycle—from startup formation to capital market readiness. He has extensive hands-on experience in business planning, financial strategy, fundraising from angel investment through IPO, IPO readiness, employee stock incentive plans (ESOP), ERP implementation, business process design, financial reporting, international expansion, and corporate governance.
Prior to his corporate leadership roles, KC spent ten years with Deloitte Taiwan and PwC Taiwan, specializing in audit and advisory services. He is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia) and holds an MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Justin Yao is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in corporate finance, capital markets, and business transformation across publicly listed companies in Taiwan and multinational enterprises.
Prior to joining UCK Consulting, he served as Finance Head of a business group within one of Taiwan’s Top 50 listed companies by market capitalization (a constituent of the MSCI Taiwan Index). He also held executive leadership positions, including Vice President, at publicly listed companies in the telematics and thermal solutions industries. Throughout his career, he has built extensive international management experience across the technology, electronics, and machine tool sectors. In addition to serving as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Spokesperson for Taiwan-listed companies, he was also a member of the IPO Consulting and Audit practice at Deloitte Taiwan.
Justin specializes in capital market strategy, fundraising channel development, investor relations advisory, corporate restructuring, transaction process design, IPO readiness and strategic planning, including the Taiwan listing of offshore KY companies. He also has extensive expertise in public offerings, financial reporting standards, and internal control systems.
Prior to his corporate leadership career, Justin gained professional experience in both the IPO Consulting and Audit practices at Deloitte Taiwan. He is a Member of the Certified Public Accountants Association of the Republic of China (Taiwan) (Non-Practising) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Soochow University.
JUSTIN YAO
STEVE CHOU
Steve Chou is an experienced finance and business management executive with extensive leadership experience in multinational financial institutions and global manufacturing enterprises across the Greater China region.
Throughout his career, he has served as Head of Business Analysis for the Greater China region at an international financial institution, Finance Manager at the Greater China headquarters of a Fortune 500 French multinational corporation, and has held key finance and supply chain management positions within a U.S. manufacturing company. With years of international assignment experience, he brings a broad global perspective and deep operational expertise.
Steve specializes in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), KPI development and performance management, pricing strategy and profitability analysis, business performance management, supply chain finance, and transfer pricing. His expertise enables organizations to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen financial performance, and support data-driven strategic decision-making.
Prior to his corporate leadership career, Steve gained professional experience in the International Tax practice at Deloitte Taiwan. He holds an MBA from Indiana University and brings a strong combination of international tax expertise and cross-border business management experience.
